We are looking for an individual who can work both independently and in small groups with excellent interpersonal communication skills. You must be able to understand and manage multiple technologies and initiatives simultaneously. You must be highly flexible and learn quickly with the ability to switch quickly from one type of technology and/or project to another.
Candidates for the position must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience working with SharePoint Server software performing both build and operational roles (SharePoint 2010 preferable)
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Architecture, Object Model, Shared Services, SharePoint Templates, and SharePoint Features
Familiarity with custom workflows, data integration, dashboards, web parts, content types and SDLC using SharePoint family of technologies
Familiarity with SharePoint design and development using Visual Studio (Including Reporting Services), InfoPath and SharePoint Designer
Experience maintaining, configuring and managing a SharePoint environment, including backup, performance tuning, patching, job scheduling, and supporting developers (SharePoint 2010 preferable)
Familiarity with building out-of-the-box and custom solutions on SharePoint, including Web Parts (SharePoint 2010 preferable)
Familiarity with troubleshooting issues integrating SharePoint with VMWare ESX, Microsoft Business Productivity Online Services, and firewalls
Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States
Desirable/Preferred Qualifications
3 years experience working with SharePoint Server software performing both build and operational roles
Development skills in SharePoint 2010, using Visual Studio, InfoPath and/or SharePoint designer
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Services in a .NET development environment
Knowledge of C# (C Sharp) and the .NET Framework
Experience with web development, including XHTML, Javascript, JQuery, Ajax, CSS, DOM, XML, and XSLT
Microsoft certification in SharePoint
Experience working with relational databases
