Description
Our client is looking for someone who brings their knowledge of networking, particularly wireless applications, along with great customer service skills. This position with be headquartered in Raleigh with an initial project covering a 5-county area – Hertford, Bertie, Gates, Northampton, and Halifax. Initial job duties will include working with clients as the “local boots on the ground” Field Operations lead – you won’t be stuck behind a desk for five days a week.
If selected, work will be in the Roanoke Rapids region of North Carolina to start and will expand from their as other project come on board. While in the field this resource will serve as a project coordinator to lead and serve as the point of contact for day-to-day wireless Internet broadband installation activity throughout the region. The role will also serve as liaison between Client and field operations and Network Operations Center (NOC), and work with contractor(s) in the installation of wireless Internet services throughout Carolina regions and beyond.
